I had an issue a while back. I setup scanning and everything worked great. Then the customer called.. The scanner isn’t working. I went to the site and found out that the account I was given was an account with limit on the amount of concurrent logons. It was the account administrator which usually has no password but was given one in this situation. What this means is that the scanner logins into the server into the folder and saves and does this every time until the logon limit is reached. At that point it stops working. I explained this to the customer. Their IT person created an account with rights to the folder without concurrent logon restrictions and that was that.
